What In The Tech does not store or capture any data. Our Chrome Extension is merely a way to capture data in your FB Group and push it to a Google Sheet.
Included with your purchase is a Google Sheet Template. It is a shared document that anyone who purchases can "create and save a copy" for themselves. Since we are using a "shared google sheet" for our template, Google requires it to be verified. It can be a long process to be verified. For anyone who purchases our Chrome Extensions, you may see "google hasn't verified this app" when opening the template. Since you will be creating and saving your own copy of the template, this will not affect the nature of your purchase, the use of the Chrome Extension or capturing your FB Group data or pushing it to your Google Sheet.
We do not offer refunds for our Chrome Extensions due to the nature of our product.
